Taobao shop buyers who are praised but have low malicious scores may appeal:
1. In the displayed function module, move the mouse to the complaint punishment report, and in the displayed submenu, click unreasonable evaluation of complaint.
2. Select unreasonable requirements on the right side of the type displayed on the application submission page.
3. Then, fill in the order number, proof number and your own Want Want account number in the text box below. Among them, the order number can be clicked to enter the seller center-sold baby, and the order number with bad reviews can be copied;
4. Certificate number. Enter the Want Want chat window or Niu Qian window, and click Report in the button above the chat window.
5. Then click Generate Complaint Proof Number on the left side of the pop-up window, fill in the Want Want account of the buyer on the right side of the complaint object, select the date and time period of the complaint information, and finally click Generate button in the lower right corner.
6. After generating the voucher number, use the mouse to select all codes, and then click the Copy button. Switch to the submission page and paste it into the voucher number column.
7. Fill in your own Want Want account in the chat account. After filling in the above information, click the Save button below.
8. If the seller's friends have multiple orders that have been maliciously evaluated, click the Add Order button on the page to continue adding. The method is as above. After the last addition, click Submit.
9. After submission, the page displays the information of successful submission. 1-2 working days, there will be information processing results or email tips.
