1. Open WeChat, search for "People's Court Online Service Jiangsu", enter the main page of the applet, and select "I want to file a case" after completing the registration and certification;

Second, the online pre-filing process:
1. After successful registration, the litigants use the registered account name and password to log in to the online pre-filing system, submit scanned copies of various filing materials, and check the pre-filing reply.

(1) If the application materials are complete and meet the conditions for filing a case, reply "Can file a case" and inform the parties of the amount of legal fees.
(2) If the application materials are insufficient and do not meet the conditions for filing a case, inform the parties of the materials that need to be supplemented.
3. After receiving the reply that the court can file a case, the party applying for online pre-filing shall, within seven days, bring together the filing materials consistent with the online submission, and go through the formal filing procedures at the court filing court that made the reply.
The filing court shall check and review the application materials filed by the parties and the materials submitted online. If the materials are consistent with the materials submitted online after review, the filing formalities shall be completed within one working day.
3. Precautions for providing WeChat records as evidence:
(1) Bring a mobile phone with a WeChat record, which is equivalent to an "original evidence".
(2) Provide screenshots of the personal information interfaces of both parties.
Combined with the mobile phone number, micro-signal, avatar and other information displayed on the personal information interface, the judge can fix the true identities of both parties.
(3) Provide a complete chat record. Wechat records are strictly forbidden to be deleted and must be true and complete.
