Go through the formalities for resident identity cards in different places: the applicant should bring the first page of the new household registration book stamped with the official seal of the police station and the information page of the applicant's household registration (original or photocopy is acceptable, but the handwriting must be clear), fill out the application form at the acceptance point of the application in different places and pay the fee by digital photography, and ask the applicant's family members to bring the applicant's new household registration book and one-inch photo (black and white, color is acceptable) to the police station where the household registration is located. "
2. Process of applying for a certificate in a different place: those who have applied for a resident ID card should inform their families to bring their household registration book to the local police station to issue a household registration certificate, paste a recent one-inch bareheaded photo on the household registration certificate, affix a "special seal for household registration" on the photo, and then submit the household registration certificate with photos and seals to the registration service department of the Household Affairs Service Center of the Provincial Public Security Department.
