Project Description: The project is invested and constructed by Anhui gmcc Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and is located in Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with the railway in the east, open space in the south, Wuhu Midea Washing Appliance Trading Co., Ltd. in the west and Taishan Road in the north. The total investment of the project is 900 million yuan. On May 2, 2065438, the preliminary work of this project was approved by the Management Committee of Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone (Kaiguanmi [2010] No.212).
2. Introduction to environmental impact
The wastewater pollution source of this project is the process wastewater generated by cleaning phosphating, assembly process cleaning, phosphating electrophoresis, workshop cleaning wastewater and domestic sewage; The pollution sources of waste gas include smoke and dust from welding section, non-methane total hydrocarbons from electrophoretic drying section, SO2 and NO2 from aluminum melting furnace, SO2 and NO2 from gas-fired boiler and a small amount of lampblack from staff canteen. Noise pollution sources are mainly noise generated by various power equipment and machine tools in the workshop; Solid wastes mainly include general industrial solid wastes such as scrap, waste packaging materials, heat treatment waste residue, hazardous wastes such as waste cutting fluid, waste phosphating waste residue, waste chemical packaging materials, excess sludge, and domestic garbage in the factory.
3, pollution prevention measures and environmental impact
(1) wastewater
After the completion of the project, the wastewater will be treated by the sewage treatment station in the plant area, and the pollutant concentration at the total discharge outlet will reach the third-class standard of comprehensive sewage discharge (the pollutant concentration at the discharge outlet of workshop treatment facilities will reach the standard in table GB8978- 1996 1), and then discharged into the municipal pipe network, and then discharged into the Yangtze River after being treated by Tianmenshan Sewage Treatment Plant. Although the wastewater of this project has increased the pollution load of surface water in the Yangtze River, it has not reduced the existing functional level of surface water environmental quality.
(2) Waste gas
Non-methane total hydrocarbons produced by electrophoretic drying are collected in the drying chamber and purified by natural gas direct combustion device, with the treatment efficiency of over 98%, and the waste gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe with a height of15m. A small amount of welding dust will be generated in the welding section, and the project unit plans to install a gas collecting hood above the welding section to collect waste gas, which will be discharged centrally through the top of the workshop, with a small source of welding dust emission; The emission concentration and emission rate of dust, non-methane total hydrocarbons and welding soot are lower than the secondary standard requirements of GB 16297- 1996 Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants. Exhaust gas from gas-fired boilers is discharged from the air through the exhaust pipe with a height of 15m. Natural gas is a clean energy source, and the concentration of SO2 and NO2 produced by combustion is relatively small, reaching the standard limit of Class II and Zone II in GB13271-2001Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers.
