Shuyang County is located in the north of Jiangsu, downstream of Yishu and Sishui, and belongs to the transitional zone between southern Shandong hills and Jianghuai Plain. The county seat is between 33 53' and 34 25' north latitude, between118 30' east longitude and 1 19 10' east longitude, 60 kilometers east-west and 55 kilometers north-south. Lianyungang in the east, Huai 'an in the south, Suqian in the west and Xuzhou in the north, which is the junction of Xu, Lian, Huai and Su.
