How to reissue the driver's license?
First of all, the driver prepares relevant certification materials.

(Damaged old driver's license) If the driver's license is lost, write a loss reporting statement in the blank space of the ID card, and add the signature and date. 4. Fill in the application form for motor vehicle driver's license.
Two, the driver who lost the replacement card belongs to the period of not submitting the physical condition certificate (certification).
Please hold the original driver's ID card and apply for driver's license verification in accordance with the Workflow for Driver's License Verification, and then apply for replacement in accordance with this Workflow.
Third, submit a replacement certificate.
1. The driver holds ① damaged motor vehicle driver's license (if it is lost, it will not be submitted); ② Fill in a complete application form for motor vehicle driver's license; ③ recent 1 inch bareheaded photos (white background); (4) A copy of the driver's license and my ID card (with a lost statement on the lost copy) is waiting in line in front of the driver's license business window in the business hall of the vehicle management office.
2. After the police accept it, log in to the driver's license management system to inquire about the driver's information. ① Check whether the driver's image on the driver's license management system and the image (photo) of the reissued person and the original and photocopy of the ID card are the same person; (2) If the driver's license information has scored more than 12 due to traffic violations or traffic accidents, notify the personnel with the above records to attend the study at the designated place and take the theory test of subject 1 (taking the theory test of subject 1 and the actual road driving test of subject 3 with a score of more than 24), and then apply for the exam after passing the test; (3) The driver's license information with traffic violation and traffic accident records shall be processed first and then accepted.
3. The certification materials submitted by the driver meet the requirements, and the driver information in the driver's license management system is normal. After sorting out the materials, submit them to the archives, check them with the original files, and make a driver's license.
4. The driver will pay at the payment office, and after 3 days, he will receive it at the original acceptance post with the original ID card and payment voucher.

Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License (Order No.71of the Ministry of Public Security)
Article 40 If a motor vehicle driver's license is lost, the driver of the motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued for a replacement. When applying, an application form for a motor vehicle driver's license shall be filled in, and the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;
(2) A written statement on the loss of the motor vehicle driver's license.
If it meets the requirements, the vehicle management office shall reissue the motor vehicle driver's license within three days.
Article 41 A motor vehicle driver may entrust an agent to handle the business of replacing or reissuing a motor vehicle driver's license. When an agent applies for a motor vehicle driver's license, it shall submit the identity certificate of the agent and the application form for motor vehicle driver's license signed by the driver and the agent.
The vehicle management office shall record the agent's name, unit name, identity document name, identity document number, residence address, postal code and contact telephone number.
