Partition walls can be smashed, most of which are 120.438+080. 240 and other small thin walls (the best and safest way to judge whether it is a load-bearing wall is to take a photo when the indoor wall of your house is not plastered during construction, so you can know that if it is a load-bearing wall, there are thick wall ribs in the wall and only a few thin layers of bricks in the non-load-bearing wall).
3. When a worker hits a wall, he always hits it from the bottom up, which is more labor-saving, but when he hits the bottom, the top will fall off, which may destroy the geothermal energy of the ground, so when he hits the wall, the worker can not rush to clean up the wall soil that has been hit by the ground, so that the bricks falling from the top will not directly hit the ground.
There may be a socket or switch on the wall. Before hitting the wall, turn off the switch of the socket to avoid short circuit damage caused by workers hitting the wire. It is best to remind the workers to pay attention to the lines on the wall before smashing.
5. The broken wall root should be handled by workers until it is flush with the ground or slightly lower than the ground, so that leveling the ground in the later decoration will not cost twice.
6. The cost of smashing walls is generally calculated according to the size of floors and walls. The higher the floor, the more expensive it is, because it is difficult to transport the wall fertilizer downstairs.
Because the apartment is small, we decided to change the bathroom door into a sliding door to save space and make the living room look more open. Changing it into a sliding door needs to expand the width of the door. My husband wants to change the problem that there is no lighting in the bathroom in the past, so he decided to open a 300*900 long window on the south wall of the bathroom (the glass may be added later, to be determined), so the bathroom still has to smash two walls. In addition, because the balcony should be set as an office area, my friend suggested using the balcony wall. It can be expanded to a width of about 8CM. Don't underestimate this 8, it can make the balcony much bigger.
Then talk about the doubts about benzene board. Many people think that benzene board is thermal insulation and should not be smashed. In fact, what they hesitate is that the benzene board on the balcony sits along the outer wall of the building. The benzene board on the external wall of the building has thermal insulation function, but because the benzene board on the inner side of the balcony is indoor and has no thermal insulation value, it will be ruined if the balcony is expanded at home.

2. Budget. After the electrician draws a line, he will make a list for you to buy. There will be a list for the master to carefully estimate to avoid waste, but even if you buy more, you can return it if you agree with the owner in advance. According to the shopkeeper, we should supervise when we go offline to avoid the rest being taken away by workers, but my family is fine, and I trust the master without supervision, so I won't go to see it before I finish it.
3. Everyone may be more concerned about the price of water and electricity (I am a 43-level worker 400 yuan, and my middle-class family costs about 800 yuan. After all, it will be more troublesome to change water and electricity in the future, so try to use better materials. Excluding the price of water heater mixing valve, the cost of mixing valve is 190. )
4. Pay attention to take pictures of the location of water and electricity after completion or ask the master to draw a location map to avoid touching it after decoration or nailing.
There is no hurry to change the socket switch, and it is too late to buy and install it after the wall and floor are completed.

Cement-you'd better ask the master to help you choose, because there are a lot of fake cement now, and the consequences are of course very serious. Tiles may fall off quickly after mosaic, so the loss of tiles is small and the safety of family members is great.
Sand-buy red sand. Don't buy it if it is frozen in winter. Good sand won't freeze into pieces. The description of the frozen block contains a lot of water and mud.
Waterproofing agent-the first day when the waterproofing agent should be 1800 high tiles.
