Who is Xinyu?

Xinyu, general manager of Shanghai New Information Culture Communication Agency, pioneer of progressivism, career planner and wise tutor of Chinese studies. Xinyu, formerly named Guan, was born in May 2007 1984, and graduated from Zhejiang University in June 2007, majoring in tourism management. Initiated the theory of progressivism and offered a series of courses such as Progress Youth and Xin Yupin's Art of War. Four-year universities completed their studies in only three years.
