This is "one of the important starting points of the Maritime Silk Road", an important stop for the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to put forward the "Belt and Road" strategic layout, and one of the three central cities in Fujian Province. It enjoys the reputation of "Brand Capital of China" and "Cultural Capital of East Asia", with developed commerce and trade, prosperous economy and profound cultural accumulation. Nan 'an, where the college is located, is the hometown of national hero Zheng Chenggong, with developed economy and dense industrial enterprises. The college is adjacent to Fujian's largest optoelectronic information industry base and machinery and equipment manufacturing base, which provides a broad platform for students' internship, employment and entrepreneurship. The college is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the campus environment is beautiful. The planned land area of the campus is 355.37 mu, with a total construction area of more than 220,000 square meters. The campus is divided into administrative office area, teaching area, living area, sports area, landscape leisure area, experimental training area and so on. The College cooperated with Dahua University of Science and Technology in Taiwan Province Province to run schools, and introduced the advanced higher vocational education model in Taiwan Province Province. Dahua University of Science and Technology in Taiwan Province Province hired experts and scholars as professional leaders to teach in schools, guide laboratory construction and train teachers, which laid a solid foundation for the development of the College.
