If an engineering cost consulting enterprise commits any of the following acts, the competent department of housing and urban construction of the local people's government at or above the county level or the relevant professional department shall give it a warning, order it to make corrections within a time limit, and impose a fine ranging from 1 10,000 yuan to 30,000 yuan: (1) altering, reselling, leasing or lending the qualification certificate, or illegally transferring the qualification certificate in other forms;
(2) undertaking engineering cost consulting business beyond the business scope of qualification grade;
(3) At the same time, accept the project cost consulting business of the tenderer, bidders or more than two bidders for the same project;
(four) unfair competition behavior of giving kickbacks or maliciously lowering fees;
(5) Engineering cost consulting business undertaken by subcontracting;
(six) other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
Option A is the punishment for the violation of the qualification licensing authority and its staff, option C is the business violation (if it is not corrected within the time limit, the fine amount is more than 5,000 yuan but less than 20,000 yuan), and option D applicants who provide false materials to apply for qualification may not apply for qualification again within 1 year.
