Third, the logistics company registration process:

1. The applicant goes to the registration authority for pre-approval of enterprise name and receives the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name;

2. Where pre-approval is involved, the applicant shall, after receiving the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name, go through the corresponding examination and approval procedures at the examination and approval department and obtain the approval document or license certificate;

3. The applicant shall submit the application materials required for establishment registration to the registration authority, and receive the receipt certificate;

4. The registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within 5 days from the date of receipt; If it is necessary to verify the application documents and materials, a decision on whether to approve the registration shall be made within 15 days from the date of acceptance;

5. If the registration authority makes a decision to approve the registration, the applicant shall obtain the business license in the registration hall of the registration authority within 10 days;

6. Take the business license and engrave three chapters of the company recognized by the Public Security Bureau (official seal, financial seal and legal person seal);

7. Go to the bank to open a basic company account with the business license;
