Consequences of failing to submit the annual report on time: 1. According to the reform plan of registered capital system in the State Council and the Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity, the annual inspection system of enterprises will be cancelled and the annual report publicity system of enterprises will be implemented as of March 20 14/day.
