Where do you keep your high school graduation files?

If you graduated from high school and didn't go to college, the file is in the original graduation high school or the local education bureau.

If you don't go to college, you can take care of it in high school, but in principle it doesn't last more than three years. After three years, it is suggested to save the files in the talent market or human resources department where the household registration is located for future use. If the senior high school entrance examination goes to a university, the files of the senior high school will be transferred from the university and merged with the university files.

How to deal with your own files

Method 1: Work unit trusteeship

Work unit custody means that the work unit has the right to receive files or the unit has signed a collective file custody agreement with the Personnel Bureau (talent market), and the files are directly handed over to the personnel department of the unit for unified management.

Method 2: Entrust the personnel bureau (talent market) for custody.

Entrusted personnel bureau (talent market) custody is divided into two ways:

First, I used to have files in the personnel bureau, so I submitted the new files to the combined custody files. This situation generally applies to full-time college students whose graduation files have been kept in the Personnel Bureau since graduation. The second is to directly bring the existing graduate files to the Personnel Bureau for file keeping procedures. The management methods of provinces and cities may be slightly different. Please consult the local personnel bureau (talent market) for details.

Mode 3: raise by yourself.

When the unit and personnel bureau (talent market) do not receive the files, I will keep them properly.
