Article 6 The College Admissions and Employment Department is the permanent organization of the College Admissions Leading Group, which is responsible for compiling the annual enrollment plan, organizing enrollment consultation and publicity, remote online enrollment, explaining and consulting related enrollment policies, doing a good job of connecting with the higher enrollment departments, doing a good job of letters and visits during enrollment, and issuing admission notices.

Article 10 According to the specific situation of candidates' filling in our college's professional volunteers, all candidates applying for positions are admitted in order of test scores from high to low, and candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination are sorted in order of single subject scores from high to low. The ranking order of single subjects is: literature and history are sorted by Chinese, liberal arts synthesis, liberal arts mathematics, foreign languages or national languages; Science and engineering are sorted by science mathematics, science synthesis, Chinese, foreign language or Mandarin. If the first professional volunteer cannot be satisfied, the second professional volunteer will be admitted. If all the professional volunteers can't be satisfied, if the major is adjusted, the college will adjust to the corresponding major according to the score. If the college entrance examination results are not up to professional volunteers and do not obey the adjustment, they will be dismissed. Accept candidates who are not the first choice, and there is no grade difference requirement.
Candidates from the "three schools" are admitted according to the principle of "scores first, volunteers first", that is, they are sorted from high scores to low scores first, and then admitted according to the professional volunteer order reported by candidates. In the case of the same total score in the college entrance examination, candidates with high scores in single subjects will be given priority in the order from high to low. Enter oneself for an examination of the general or separate enrollment plan, and the order of single subject scores is: Chinese, mathematics and political theory. If the volunteers can't be fully satisfied and obey the adjustment, they will be admitted to the corresponding majors by the colleges and universities, and those who don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 11 There are no requirements for other majors except certain majors at the time of admission.
Article 12 All majors in the college are not required to take extra exams.
Thirteenth previous student admission shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Autonomous Region Examination Institute, and all students shall be treated equally.
Fourteenth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy can get extra points according to the provisions of the Autonomous Region Examination Institute.
Article 15 The foreign language of the public course in our college is College English, and candidates whose foreign language is not English should apply carefully.

Chapter VI Registration of Freshmen
Seventeenth freshmen admitted in accordance with the national enrollment regulations must hold the admission notice and relevant identity documents of our college and go through the registration formalities at the school within the time specified by the college. At the time of registration, the college conducts a preliminary examination of the qualifications of freshmen, and goes through the admission procedures after passing the examination; After examination, it is found that the admission notice of new students, the information of candidates and other supporting materials are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled.
Article 18 The College strictly implements the charging standards determined by the relevant documents of the Education Department, the Finance Department and the Price Bureau of the autonomous region. The tuition fee is 3,300 yuan per person per year, the accommodation fee is 6 people per person per year in 800 yuan, 8 people per person per year in 600 yuan, and the textbook collection fee is 600 yuan (settled by academic year).
Article 19 Candidates in a separate category (taking the national language test) will take the national general language proficiency test organized by the college after they arrive at school. Those who pass the exam will study professional courses directly, and those who fail will be enrolled in the preparatory course for another year.
Article 20 After students enter the school, the college will conduct re-examination in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. The contents of the review mainly include the following aspects:
1. Whether the admission procedures and procedures conform to the national enrollment regulations;
2. Whether the access qualification obtained is true or not, and whether it complies with relevant regulations;
3. Whether I and my identity certificate are consistent with the admission notice and the candidates' files;
4. Whether the physical and mental health status meets the requirements of this major or professional physical examination, and whether it can ensure normal study and life at school;
5. During the review, if students are found to be fraudulent or engage in malpractices for personal gain, they are determined to be unqualified in the review and their school status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling;
6. During the review, it was found that students' physical and mental conditions were not suitable for studying at school. If you need to rest at home after being diagnosed in a second-class first-class hospital designated by the college, you can apply for retaining the admission qualification.
Twenty-first freshmen admitted according to the national enrollment regulations should go through the admission procedures at the school with the admission notice according to the relevant requirements and the time limit stipulated by the college. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Twenty-second at the beginning of each semester, students should go through the registration formalities according to the regulations of the college. Failing to register on schedule, the registration formalities shall be suspended. Those who fail to pay tuition fees according to the regulations of the college or do not meet the registration conditions will not be enrolled.
Twenty-third students from poor families can apply for national inspirational scholarships, national bursaries, autonomous region inspirational scholarships, autonomous region people's government university bursaries, university self-funded bursaries and food subsidies, and provide work-study jobs. According to the management methods of scholarships, students are selected according to the actual situation of the college to help students complete their studies smoothly.
Article 24 Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the college and met the graduation requirements of the college are allowed to graduate, and the graduation certificate of Hotan Vocational and Technical College will be issued to the students before leaving school.
Twenty-fifth students should be transferred to the party and the Communist Youth League when they report for duty.
