Second, the application and approval procedures
4, apply for the insured with my ID card, the original and photocopy of the household registration, to the labor insurance office where the household registration is located to receive and fill out the "Application Form for Social Endowment Insurance for Urban Residents".
5. After accepting the application, the community where the household registration is located will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials and submit them to the local county-level employment social security service center. After being reviewed and summarized by the social security service center, the Application Form for Social Endowment Insurance for Urban Residents and its electronic version will be submitted to the human resources and social security department of Zhengzhou City.

9, enjoy the benefits of social endowment insurance for urban residents personnel due to household registration to move out of the region, to settle abroad, death or other reasons to lose the conditions for receiving social endowment insurance benefits, from the second month after losing the conditions for receiving social endowment insurance benefits.
10, the payment of social old-age insurance shall be suspended for those who enjoy the benefits of social old-age insurance for urban residents and are sentenced to criminal detention or reeducation through labor. The social endowment insurance will be reissued from the month after the release of a sentence or the expiration of reeducation through labor, and the social endowment insurance during the suspension period will not be reissued.

If the relatives of those who enjoy the benefits of social endowment insurance for urban residents report their missing or temporarily detained accounts to the public security organs, the payment of social endowment insurance will be suspended from the next month. If it is confirmed that it still meets the requirements, it shall resume paying social endowment insurance and reissue the social endowment insurance that it should enjoy during the suspension period.
Application materials:

5. Spouses with household registration in other provinces and cities in this city need to carry:
Marriage certificate or copy of marriage certificate issued by the civil affairs department;
