You can't report the privacy of the client in psychological counseling in the newspaper. If you need to report typical cases, you should pay attention to the writing skills in the private part.
4. Except the professionals determined by this department, no one may consult the psychological consultation files, including the administrative departments of psychological counselors and those seeking help.
5. No institution or individual may borrow psychological counseling files, except those who ask for help and violate the criminal law and are proved by the public security organs.
③ Crisis management.
In the process of 1 consultation, once the person seeking help endangers himself or others, measures must be taken immediately to prevent accidents. If necessary, the relevant departments or family members should be informed, but confidential information should be minimized.
When accepting inquiries from health, judicial and public security organs, psychological counselors shall not make false statements or reports.
