What tools can sales use to get customers efficiently?

My understanding of the concept of marketing digitalization is divided into two levels. One is the primary marketing digitization using the big platform, and the other is the enterprise's own marketing digitization system.

First of all, I want to distinguish between digital marketing and marketing digitalization. The former refers to the way of marketing, while the latter refers to the degree of digitalization of marketing. For example, search engine marketing SEM and information flow advertising belong to digital marketing, but if the enterprise only uses the marketing method of the media platform itself and does not build its own marketing digital system, then I think the marketing of the enterprise is still in the primary stage of digitalization, that is to say, the marketing of the large platform is digitized.

Secondly, I think the deeper marketing digitalization mainly refers to the digital system of enterprise marketing, that is to say, the digitalization of marketing-related business. Therefore, my view on the concept of marketing digitalization is to emphasize three aspects:

1. Marketing should be able to form enterprise data resources;

2. Data can optimize and improve the efficiency of marketing;

3. Enterprises should have a digital system to manage and optimize the marketing process.

Enterprise digitalization refers to the informationization or automation of the whole enterprise management and production process. Software systems and platforms constitute the digital cornerstones of enterprises, such as CRM, ERP and e-commerce. At this stage, the digitalization of marketing part is becoming more and more important to enterprises. Simply put, business and products become easy on the Internet, and how to generate real brand communication and sales becomes important. Therefore, the main direction of enterprise digitalization is to meet the demand of marketing digitalization under the new situation, and marketing digitalization plays a driving and guiding role in enterprise digitalization.

At this point, combined with artificial intelligence technology, we independently developed an intelligent material system, a total marketing system and an intelligent recommendation system for high-priced products. Enterprises equip this system to sell mobile phones, automatically generate business cards, brochures, case bases, folders and other display materials for everyone, and constantly push articles, posters, videos, live broadcasts and other communication materials to replace paper materials, so that everyone's foreign business behavior becomes simpler and more empowering every time.
