When piling, the pile driven first is pushed horizontally by the pile driven later, resulting in deviation and displacement, or pushed vertically, resulting in floating piles; Then it is difficult for the driven pile to reach the design elevation or buried depth, which causes the soil to swell and squeeze and the pile cutting is too large. Therefore, in the construction of pile groups, the correct piling sequence should be selected according to the density, specifications and length of piles and the convenience of pile frame movement before piling, so as to ensure the quality and progress and prevent the damage to surrounding buildings.
The commonly used piling sequence is generally as follows: from one side to a single direction, from the middle to two directions symmetrically, and from the middle to all sides.
In the first piling sequence, the driving direction of piling should be changed row by row to avoid uneven soil compaction caused by soil compaction in one direction. For the same row of piles, the method of interval jump can be adopted when necessary. For large-area pile groups, the latter two piling sequences should be adopted to prevent the soil from being severely squeezed, which will make piling difficult, or the piles driven first will be squeezed and tilted. A large pile group should be divided into several areas and driven by multiple pile drivers in a reasonable order. When piling, piles with different foundation elevations should be deep before shallow, and piles with different specifications should be large before small, long before short, so as to prevent the displacement or deviation of piles.
In order to reduce the influence of soil compaction, the principle of determining the pile sinking sequence should be:
A, from the middle to all around, from the middle to the outside;
B, starting from the nearest pile near the existing building, from near to far;
C, firstly sinking into a pile with a large buried depth, from deep to shallow;
D, first set up large-section piles, from big to small.
E, first set the pile with large length, from long to short.
