Recent policy of returning to Tianjin

Provisions on isolating foreigners from entering/returning to Tianjin:

(1) In principle, the return of people from low-risk areas to Tianjin does not restrict the flow of people. Before March 15, 2022, people who return to Tianjin must have a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

(2) People who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the middle and high risk areas are located within 14 days shall undergo 14 days of medical observation after arriving in Tianjin.

(3) Persons who have lived in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the high-risk areas are located within 0/4 days of/kloc-shall be strictly managed at home, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted at the specified frequency after arriving in Tianjin/0/4 days. If the test result is negative, the management can be cancelled.

(4) Persons who have lived in high-risk areas within 14 days shall be strictly isolated after arriving in Tianjin 14 days, and the isolation may be lifted if the test result is negative. In addition, the investigation and control policies for people coming to Tianjin in key areas will be updated regularly. In order to implement the requirements of scientific and accurate prevention and control of the epidemic situation in COVID-19 and ensure the stability of the epidemic situation, Hongqiao District continued to implement the system of negative verification of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before arrival in Tianjin and "landing inspection" within 24 hours after arrival in Tianjin.

All people who come to Tianjin should avoid dinner and go to public places where people gather, and carry out nucleic acid testing on the first 1, third and seventh days after arriving in Tianjin. If there is a work unit, report to the unit within 7 days after arriving in Tianjin for "peer-to-peer" closed-loop office. If the risk of epidemic prevention and control is caused by concealment, false reporting or late reporting, the responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

During the epidemic, Tianjin merchants closed down one after another. Does the state subsidize them?

According to the relevant information, the inquiry shows that subsidies are given. There is a subsidy policy for Tianjin merchants to suspend business during the epidemic. Specifically:

1, rent reduction and exemption policy, since February, all localities have introduced preferential policies for rent reduction and exemption.

2. Preferential loan policy. During the epidemic, low-interest loans or interest-free loans were introduced in various places.

3. Tax reduction and fee reduction policy. When reporting income tax, all localities deducted the expenses of purchasing protective equipment for employees, losses and gifts during the epidemic.

All units and individuals within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept the investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy.
