The special acceptance and identification of engineering archives shall be the responsibility of urban construction archives management institutions at or above the county level. Full-time personnel who record and arrange engineering files should hold relevant certificates.
At present, engineering data are collected and handed over by paper carriers or optical discs and microforms, and gradually transferred to optical discs/microforms.
