1. First, find the setting application on our mobile phone desktop, and click Select to open the application.

3. Then click and select iTunes store and APPstore in the sub-field where the APPLE ID appears.
4. Then click to select the column of APPLE IDXXXXXXX.
5. Click to view the first sub-column Apple id in the pop-up option box.
6. Select the last purchase record in the sub-column.
7. Then click on the item you want to apply for a refund.
8. Then click on this payment record.
9. Then click Report Problem.
10, then select I want to apply for a refund, and click Finish.
