How to obtain a certificate for non-human resources majors?

Non-human resources majors can obtain certificates in the following ways:

Human resource manager is referred to as human resource manager for short. When applying for the national vocational qualification certificate, it is divided into three levels: hr administrator, assistant manager of human resources and manager of human resources. (4) Bachelor degree, with certificate of completion after training.

Human resource manager (one of the following conditions)

(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.

(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant human resource manager, he has worked continuously for 4 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(3) Bachelor degree, working for 5 years.

(4) Bachelor degree. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant manager of human resources, he has worked for 3 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(5) Master degree or above, and have been engaged in this occupation for 2 years continuously.

Senior human engineer (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager, he has worked continuously for more than 3 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training;

(two) with a doctorate (including equivalent education), working for more than 3 years, and obtaining a certificate of completion after training; (3) Have a master's degree (including equivalent education), have worked for more than 6 years, and have obtained a certificate of completion after training;

(4) Have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have worked for more than 9 years, and have obtained a certificate of completion after training.
