Net News: On April 8, Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association issued a reminder to real estate agencies and employees, saying that recently, some real estate agencies and personnel were suspected of illegally acting as agents for small property transactions.

It is pointed out that real estate intermediaries and employees should strictly abide by the legal norms, actively fulfill the obligations of prudent verification and notification, check the legality and authenticity of entrusted houses, and not provide intermediary services or related services for houses with unclear property rights (including but not limited to small property houses and military production houses). Otherwise, once verified, disciplinary action will be taken according to regulations.

In addition, according to new media reports, on March 19, Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association issued a "Solemn Reminder on Requiring Real Estate Agencies in the City to Check and Correct themselves and Prohibit from Participating in Operating Loans" (hereinafter referred to as "Solemn Reminder"), which is aimed at all real estate agencies and employees.

The "Solemn Reminder" pointed out that all real estate agencies and employees must attach great importance to it, continuously prevent credit funds from illegally flowing into the real estate sector, take relevant laws, regulations and requirements as the bottom line, abide by professional ethics, consciously resist illegal acts, and remind consumers not to use operating loan funds to illegally flow into the real estate market. And strictly abide by the relevant regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to provide convenience or information for consumers in any link such as setting up enterprises and consulting business loans.

"Solemn Reminder" clarifies that all real estate intermediaries must carry out self-examination and self-correction, strictly manage the corresponding internal business, check whether the above phenomena exist and correct relevant violations in time.

Where in the process of consumer complaints or market inspections, it is found that there is assistance for consumers to facilitate the illegal flow of operating loan funds into the real estate market, that is, self-discipline and punishment shall be carried out in accordance with the Code of Practice for Real Estate Intermediary Industry in Shenzhen, and if the circumstances are serious, it shall be blacklisted in accordance with the Implementation Measures for the Blacklist of Real Estate Intermediary Industry in Shenzhen and the List of Enterprise Risk Early Warning Personnel.
