Conditions for handling school bus passes
(a) the vehicle is a bus to pick up and drop off at least 5 students and their caregivers from kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools and other educational institutions.

(4) The driver has not scored 12 in any scoring period in the last three years, and no traffic accidents causing death or serious injuries have occurred, and no serious traffic violations such as speeding, overcrowding, drunk driving and running red lights have occurred within 1 year.

(a) the school that uses the school bus is responsible for summarizing the information of vehicles and drivers and reporting it to the district and county education committees for the record to confirm that it meets the conditions of the school bus. After the district and county education committees affix their official seals, they will focus on the traffic sub-bureaus and brigades in charge for audit.
(II) If the safety status of school bus vehicles and drivers stamped by the Education Commission is verified by the window of the publicity department of each sub-bureau and brigade and meets the application conditions, notify the district and county education commission to inform the applicant to go to the local vehicle management sub-bureau to inspect the vehicle and apply for the school bus pass with the motor vehicle driving license and motor vehicle registration certificate, the organization code certificate of the unit to which the vehicle belongs, the official seal of the unit, the identity certificate of the agent and the traffic safety status audit form of the school bus driver.
(3) If the vehicle passes the inspection, the vehicle management office will issue a new vehicle driving license, endorse the vehicle registration certificate, and the local branch and brigade police will issue a school bus pass at the vehicle management office.
(4) If a foreign school applies for a school bus pass, it shall first go to the Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department of the Municipal Education Commission for registration and filing, and then go to the Propaganda Department of the local traffic detachment to check the safety status of the vehicle and the driver with the relevant certification letter, vehicle driving license and driver's license.
