How to transfer Dalian hukou?

Dalian account transfer process:

1. Apply for permission to move in to the household registration window of the local public security organ.

3. Under what circumstances can I apply for a local transfer account?

Residents within the administrative area of this Municipality (excluding those with collective hukou who cannot move in the city) may move their hukou if they meet one of the following conditions.

1, because of taking refuge in immediate family members (parents, husband and wife, children, the same below), it is necessary to move the household registration to the household registration where the immediate family members are registered.

4. Employees with collective accounts in the unit have not set up collective accounts in the current work unit due to work changes, restructuring or resignation of the unit, dismissal, factory closure and other reasons. Article 10

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
