The legal department is responsible for all legal-related affairs of the company, reviewing contracts and handling legal affairs in litigation cases.
The main functions of the legal department:
1. Handle or entrust professional lawyers of law firms to handle litigation and non-litigation legal affairs such as litigation cases, economic arbitration cases and labor dispute arbitration cases handled by group companies and subsidiaries.
2. Investigate and deal with serious violations of laws and regulations of employees of group companies and their subsidiaries. With the approval of the relevant person in charge, the employees suspected of criminal acts are responsible for assisting the relevant judicial organs to investigate the corresponding legal responsibilities according to law, and handling the liquidation and recovery of the company's major or complex creditor's rights and debts.
3. Assist the functional departments of the Group and its subsidiaries to handle business such as industrial and commercial registration, merger, division, merger, dissolution, liquidation and cancellation, as well as legal affairs such as notarization and mortgage, and review relevant legal documents.
4. Assist the Group, its subordinate public and the functional departments of China in dealing with intellectual property management affairs such as trademarks and patents, and review relevant legal documents.
5. Assist the relevant functional departments of the Group and its subsidiaries to handle the credit investigation of the cooperative units (customers), and issue reports and notices.
Formulation and revision of post responsibility contract text, formulation, revision and review of contracts for customers, employees and suppliers; Handle and collect information, and cooperate with lawyers to handle legal affairs of the company; Collect and analyze legal information related to the company's business, give professional advice according to the company's situation, and put forward preventive measures in time for problems found in the work; Provide consulting and legal advice to the company, provide legal advice to customers and employees, and be responsible for formulating various legal documents of the company.
