2. Attach an identification label.
Logo sticker can not only remind the decoration engineer of the size of the air outlet opening, pay attention to the placement direction of the air conditioner, but also leave contact information. If you need mobile equipment for later renovation, you can contact the construction personnel in time.
3. Hoist the internal machine.
The master installed and positioned the internal machine according to the air conditioner purchased by the user and the situation of the field circuit and pipeline. After drilling, install the expansion bolt, and the two damping rubber pads have been separated to fix the indoor unit. After the positioning is completed, the master will make fine adjustments to ensure that the indoor unit will not vibrate or make a lot of noise because the position does not reach the level.
4. Level check.
Finally, the installation engineer checks the level of the indoor unit with a spirit level, and the bubble in the middle indicates that the indoor unit is completely level.
Second, the central air conditioning refrigerant pipeline laying
1, install the wall protector.
Protective sleeves need to be installed at the reserved openings of air-conditioning pipes with holes punched in the wall to protect the insulation cotton of refrigerant pipes from rubbing against the wall during installation, so as not to damage the refrigerant pipes.
2. Place the heat insulation sleeve on the refrigerant pipe.
These copper pipes are refrigerant pipes of air conditioners, and the black ones are insulation cotton outside the refrigerant pipes. The installer measures the distance in advance, marks the part that needs to be turned, and bends the pipe with a pipe bender.
Using the pipe bender can make the radian of the pipe more uniform and beautiful, and at the same time, it can avoid problems such as poor refrigerant flow and pipe blockage caused by uneven bending force, such as dead angle or bending shrinkage. Then, put a thermal insulation sleeve on the refrigerant pipe, and then carry out a comprehensive thermal insulation repair project.
3. Laying of refrigerant pipeline.
The installation master passes the refrigerant pipe through the reserved opening of the air-conditioning pipe, and then clamps the fixed pipe with protective sleeves of different colors to distinguish different pipes.
4. Install the refrigerant distributor.
This is the refrigerant branch of the central air conditioner, which is used to distribute refrigerant to indoor units and is a vital part of the whole refrigerant pipeline. The installer will cut the previously reserved pipes to adjust the installation of refrigerant branch pipes. After the structure installation is completed, subsequent welding work is needed.
5. Flaring treatment of refrigerant pipeline.
When the refrigerant pipeline is connected with the indoor unit of the central air conditioner, it is necessary to flare the pipeline and install the connecting nut. According to the required caliber, the nozzle of the refrigerant pipeline is flared by using the flaring device, and the treated nozzle is very round and natural, which effectively ensures the uniformity of the caliber of the air-conditioning refrigerant pipeline and reduces the possibility of leakage.
6. The indoor unit is connected with the refrigerant pipe.
The head of the refrigerant pipeline is connected with the indoor unit through bolts, which is very convenient. After the indoor unit is connected, the subsequent welding work is needed to complete all the refrigerant pipeline laying work.
