1. Step 1, search for "Zhongtong" on WeChat and select the official account of "ZTO Express" to enter.
2. After entering the official WeChat account, click "Check Express" at the bottom of the page, as shown in the figure below.
3. Enter the courier number in the search bar to search.
4. After searching for the courier information, click "View Details", as shown in the figure below.
In this way, the detailed address of the sender can be found.
