Click the custom shortcut tab, select the file in the category drop-down box, click Save As in the command list box, and then click Press New Shortcut Box. Press the shortcut key or shortcut key combination you want to define directly on the keyboard, for example, you can press F 12, and the shortcut key will be automatically displayed in this box with a text prompt. If it is not occupied by other commands, the assign button will change from gray to available. Click the Assign button, and the newly defined shortcut key will be added to the current shortcut key box. If you want to delete a shortcut key definition, you can select it in Current Shortcut Keys and click the Delete button. If you want to delete all newly defined shortcut key settings, you can click Reset All to delete all custom shortcut keys in the current interface and restore the default shortcut key configuration provided for the system.
