12 123 voice service hotline was put into trial operation on June 1 day. After running for nearly a month, the public responded well. Through the hotline, citizens can enjoy 25 traffic management services in four categories, including "information inquiry, business handling, consultation and complaint, and information change". The elderly and other people who are not used to using the Internet can directly handle traffic management services through the hotline without going to the scene.
In terms of information inquiry, it can provide six information inquiry services, including motor vehicle information, motor vehicle illegal information, driver's license information, driver's license illegal information, exam reservation results and business progress. In terms of business handling, we can handle nine businesses, such as motor vehicle license plate renewal, motor vehicle driver's license renewal, driver's license renewal, exam appointment and cancellation of exam appointment. In terms of consultation and complaint, we can carry out business consultation, complaint and suggestion related to motor vehicle and driver's license management. In terms of information change, it can handle six change services for motor vehicle owners and drivers, such as internet user registration, suspension of account cancellation, binding or unbinding motor vehicles and driver's licenses.
Initiative 2: Conduct the driver's physical examination nearby.
For citizens who need to submit proof of physical condition when applying for a motor vehicle driver's license, the medical institutions for physical examination shall be expanded from medical institutions at or above the county level or at or above the regimental level to hospitals at or above the second level, township hospitals, community health service centers, health examination centers and other medical institutions that meet the health examination qualifications. At the same time, the city 14 1 community (township) hospitals and 5 1 hospitals above the county level can handle the driver's physical examination, and all of them realize network data transmission without paper physical examination forms. People can apply for a new driver's license directly on the Traffic Management 12 123 mobile app, and the driver's license can be mailed directly to their homes, which saves the most.
Initiative 3: Build a traffic control service station system for financial institutions.
Relying on the police-bank cooperation model, we will build a traffic control service station system for financial institutions. Some auto finance service companies and commercial banks have set up traffic control service stations. When handling financial services such as vehicle loans and repayment, citizens can handle the vehicle mortgage and mortgage cancellation registration business issued by the financial institution in a "one-stop" manner without going back and forth to the vehicle management office. Up to now, there are 1 1 service stations for financial institutions in the city, including 7 auto financing companies and 4 commercial banks. Since the beginning of this year, the above service stations have handled more than 40,000 motor vehicle mortgages and mortgage cancellation registrations.
Measure 4: Expand the 4S shop traffic control service station system.
Relying on the police-enterprise cooperation mode, we will expand the 4S shop traffic control service station system to provide domestic small passenger cars with full-process services such as vehicle purchase and registration in motor vehicle sales enterprises, so that people do not need to register at the vehicle management office after buying a car, thus minimizing the time limit for handling affairs. Up to now, the city has built 4 1 traffic control service stations for automobile sales enterprises, covering 22 1 4S stores. When people buy a car in a store, they can enjoy the "one-stop" service of buying a car and licensing. Since the beginning of this year, the above service websites have handled more than 53,000 registrations.
Initiative 5: Pilot implementation of the "political and legal service line"
Relying on the cooperation mode of police and law, the "political and legal service line" was implemented. In-depth cooperation with the Beijing Higher People's Court, pilot "one-stop" remote assistance in handling the seizure and release of motor vehicles involved in litigation cases in the four courts of the Beijing Higher People's Court, Chaoyang, Fengtai and Shijingshan, to prevent staff from carrying legal documents to and from the vehicle management office, and to help the people obtain faster judicial services while improving the efficiency of judicial and administrative work. Since the implementation of the pilot, more than 0.5 million related businesses have been handled/kloc-0.
According to the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, these measures have been optimized on the basis of the original measures in order to fully implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, combining administration and improving services" and the relevant work requirements of the municipal party committee, the municipal government and the Ministry of Public Security, so as to facilitate the citizens to handle daily traffic management.
