The total length of S 19 Huaitong Expressway (Cao An Hub-Liu 'an Boundary) is about 1 16.6 km, and it is about 60 km in Hefei, with six lanes in both directions and a design speed of120 km/h; Huainan has two-way six lanes of about 14km, and two-way four lanes of about 42.6 km, with a design speed of120km/h. It is planned to start in 2022 and be completed in 2025.
