On the morning of June 23rd, 2009, the project from Wuzhou to Guigang expressway officially started. After the completion of expressway in Wugui, the traffic conditions in Xijiang Corridor will be greatly improved, which is of great significance for strengthening the links among economic zones in eastern Guangxi, central Guangxi and western Guangxi, and even promoting the integration of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou into the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional economic circle.
On the morning of April 20th, 20 15, the opening ceremony of expressway in Wugui was held in tengxian Toll Station. Leaders of District Highway Bureau, Wuzhou Highway Bureau, Highway Bureau along Guiwu Expressway and investors, and Zheng Zhaowu, deputy head of tengxian Municipal People's Government attended the ceremony.
Project introduction
Wugui expressway starts from Xindi Town, Weilong District, connecting Wuzhou to Cenxi section of Baomao National Road, passes through tengxian, Daan, Shepo, Guiping, Shilong and Wu Le Wei, and finally reaches Watang Town, Guigang. It is connected with Xingye to Liu Jing section of Guangkun National Road, with a total length of 197.83825Km. The main line is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, in which tengxian Cave Center runs from Daanru Village in Daping South to Shuigang Wa. The design speed is 120km/h, the subgrade width is 28m, the bridge and culvert are the same width as the subgrade of the corresponding section, and the design vehicle load level is steam-i. The connecting line of tengxian, Xinqing, Pingnan, Shepo and Guigang North Interchange is 25.7438+0 km.
There are three interchanges 13 in the whole line of Wugui Expressway, such as Dongxin (Hub), Tangbu, tengxian, Xinqing, Daan, Pingnan, Shepo, Guiping, Xinqiao Wei, Shilong (Hub), Guigang North, Guigang South and Watang (Hub), and two interchanges, Daan (Hub) and Baisha, are reserved. There are four service areas in Guo Wang, Pingnan, Guiping and Guigang, and three parking areas in Shepo, Shilongnan and Watang. The total investment of the project is more than 9 billion yuan, the main line is198km long, the connecting line is 28km long, the technical standard is two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is100 ~120km, the construction period is 3 years, and it will be completed and opened to traffic at the end of 20 12.
The investment owner of Wugui expressway Project was selected through public bidding, and the project owner was Guangdong Longguang (Group) Co., Ltd. The feasibility report of the project was approved by the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region "Reply on the Feasibility Study Report of Wuzhou-Guigang Highway Project" (No.750 [2007] of Guifa Gai Traffic), and the total investment was controlled within 8.7 billion yuan.
According to Liu Xiaochun, the project investor and project leader of Guangdong Longguang Group, the Wuzhou-Guigang expressway project is a part of "Horizontal 4" and "Vertical 3" in the planning of expressway network in Guangxi, and also a part of the "Shooting 9" branch line of expressway network layout in Pingguo section of Laibin in Yunfu in the Outline of Waterway Transportation Infrastructure Planning of Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Highway.
Brief introduction significance
For a long time, the land transportation between Guangdong and Guangxi has been backward, with low road grade and extremely slow speed. At present, it takes about 15 hours by train from Nanning to Guangzhou, and it takes more than 9 hours by express train. After the completion of the project, the driving distance from Nanning to Guangzhou will be greatly shortened compared with the current situation. It takes about 3.5 hours from Guigang to Guangzhou, and only 6 hours from Nanning to Guangzhou.
Expressway in Wugui is an important part of expressway network layout in Guangxi, where Wuzhou to Guiping (Shilong) is a part of Cangwu (Longanzui) to Shuolong expressway, and Guiping (Shilong) to Guigang is a part of Sanjiang to Beihai. The construction of this project will further improve the structure of expressway network in Guangxi.
