To apply for a temporary residence permit, the following materials are required:
(1) I provide my ID card and household registration book and submit detailed information, including reasons for staying temporarily, political outlook, marital status, service place, children, contact information, etc.
(two) living in residents' homes, submit a copy of the identity card or household registration book of the head of the household;
(3) If you live in an organ, a group, an army unit, an enterprise or institution, a mine, a construction site, a forest farm, a ship or other places, submit a residence certificate issued by the unit or the employing unit;
(four) living in the rental housing, it shall submit the lessor's identity certificate or a copy of the household registration book or the housing rental agency certificate. For renting a house, the lessor's name, citizenship number, contact information, the lessor's property right certificate, the address, area and maximum capacity of the rented house shall be provided; If there is an intermediary, it should also collect the name, citizenship number, address, contact information and other information of the rental agency.
