Article 8 Motor vehicle drivers can drive vehicles that are divided into large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks (formerly four-wheeled agricultural transport vehicles, the same below), three-wheeled vehicles (formerly three-wheeled agricultural transport vehicles, the same below), ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled vehicles, trolleybuses and trams.
Article 9 The validity period of a motor vehicle driver's license is divided into 6 years, 10 years and long term. The validity period of the temporary driving license is 1 year.
The first year of obtaining a motor vehicle driver's license is the internship period.
Tenth elderly people over the age of 60 are not allowed to drive large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, trolleybuses and trams; People over the age of 70 are not allowed to drive low-speed trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles and wheeled bicycles.
Eleventh motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to hold more than two valid motor vehicle driving licenses at the same time.
Article 12 Foreigners holding foreign driving licenses who have lived in People's Republic of China (PRC) and China for less than one year shall apply for temporary driving licenses.
Residents of Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province who hold foreign driving licenses and have lived in the Mainland for less than one year shall apply for temporary driving licenses.
Section 2 Application Conditions
Thirteenth people who apply for a motor vehicle driver's license shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Age condition:
1. Those who apply for the driving license of small cars, small automatic cars and mopeds are over 18 years old and under 70 years old;
2. Those who apply for low-speed trucks, tricycles, ordinary tricycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles or wheeled self-propelled vehicles shall be over 18 and under 60;
3. Those who apply for city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, trolleybuses or trams shall be at least 2 1 year old and under 50 years old;
4, apply for tractor driving model, should be over 24 years old, under 50 years old; 5. Those who apply for the quasi-driving model of large buses shall be over 26 years old and under 50 years old.
(2) Physical condition:
1. Height: those who apply for bus, tractor, truck, city bus and trolley bus are allowed to drive, and their height is above 155cm; Enter oneself for an examination of medium-sized bus driving type, height150 cm;
2. Vision: those who apply for buses, tractors, medium-sized buses, large trucks, city buses, trolleybuses and trams have naked vision or corrected vision above the logarithmic visual acuity chart of 5.0; Apply for other quasi-driving models, and the naked eye vision or corrected vision of both eyes is above 4.9 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart;
3, color discrimination: no red and green color blindness;
4, hearing: two ears are 50 cm away from the tuning fork to distinguish the direction of the sound source;
5. Upper limbs: the thumbs of both hands are sound, the other fingers of each hand must be sound, and the motor functions of limbs and fingers are normal;
6. Lower limbs: normal motor function. To apply for driving a manual transmission car, the unequal length of the lower limbs shall not be greater than 5 cm; To apply for driving an automatic car, the right lower limb should be sound;
7. Trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction.
Fourteenth any of the following circumstances, shall not apply for a motor vehicle driver's license:
(a) suffering from organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis agitans, psychosis, dementia and other nervous system diseases that affect physical activity and hinder safe driving;
(two) drug addiction, drug injection, long-term use of dependent psychotropic drugs have not been quit;
(three) the motor vehicle driver's license has been revoked for less than 2 years;
(4) having his motor vehicle driver's license revoked for escaping after a traffic accident;
(five) the motor vehicle driver's license has been revoked for less than 3 years;
(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Fifteenth people who apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled vehicles, trolleybuses and trams.
To apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time in the temporary residence, you can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for automobiles, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds.
Article 16 Anyone who holds a driver's license and applies for increasing the number of quasi-driving models shall have no record of full marks in the latest scoring cycle before the application. To apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of large buses, tractors and medium-sized buses, the following provisions shall also be met:
(a) to apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of medium-sized passenger cars, it shall obtain the quasi-driving type qualification for driving small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks or three-wheeled cars for more than three years, and there is no record of full marks in the last two consecutive scoring cycles before the application; Or have obtained the driving qualification of large trucks for more than one year, and there is no record of full marks in the latest scoring cycle before the application.
(two) to apply for the increase of tractor drivers, it shall obtain the driving qualification of medium-sized passenger cars or large trucks for more than three years, and there is no record of full marks in the last two consecutive scoring cycles before the application; Or have obtained the driving qualification of a large bus for more than one year, and there is no record of full marks in the latest scoring cycle before the application.
(three) to apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of large passenger cars, it shall obtain the driving qualification of medium-sized passenger cars or large trucks for more than five years, and there is no record of full marks in the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application; Or have obtained tractor driving qualification for more than two years, and there is no full score record in the latest scoring cycle before application.
(4) The quasi-driving models that can be applied for temporary residence are small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds.
Seventeenth applications for the increase of large passenger cars, tractors, medium-sized passenger cars are allowed to drive, and there must be no record of being mainly responsible for the death of traffic accidents.
Section 3 Application, Examination and Certification
Article 19 An applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) mainland residents living in the domicile shall apply in the domicile;
(2) Mainland residents living in the temporary residence can apply in the temporary residence;
(three) active servicemen (including armed police) to apply in their place of residence;
(four) residents of Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province living in the mainland, apply at their place of residence;
(five) foreigners living in China, apply at their place of residence;
(six) to apply for the increase of quasi-driving models, it shall apply to the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued.
Twentieth to apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time, you should fill in the application form for a motor vehicle driver's license and submit the following documents and vouchers:
(1) the identity certificate of the applicant;
(2) physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or at the regimental level.
Article 21 Anyone who applies for increasing the number of quasi-driving models shall submit the motor vehicle driving license he holds in addition to filling out the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Driving License and submitting the documents and vouchers specified in Article 20.
