How to write a team introduction copy

So when introducing team members, there are mainly the following aspects to pay attention to:

1. Small companies don't want everyone to be the leader. Many companies don't have many people in the initial stage, but what can be found is that everyone has a high-level position. They are CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CMO and so on. There are five people in the company, and all of them turn out to be supervisors. Would you please clarify these positions before writing the title?

Generally, when there are few people in the company, it is enough to write only one company CEO. This can clearly tell investors who is the leader of this team, which is enough.

Of course, after the company has a small scale, your founding team can add a louder title. After all, you are not the army you used to be.

2. Cleverly package academic qualifications. Undeniably, there is an obvious academic contempt chain in the venture capital circle. You can deny it, but it does exist and cannot be eliminated.

Probably in this order: world-class universities (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Yale University, etc. ) > Tsinghua Peking University > other universities.

Looking at academic qualifications seems to be a hasty rule, but it is a rule that many investors are following. Among them, Xu Xiaoping, an angel investor, has repeatedly expressed his love for internationally renowned university entrepreneurs. Chen Ou graduated from the internationally renowned Stanford University. After returning home, Chen Ougang was ready to start a business, and Xu Xiaoping invested in Chen Ou, which was so direct. Chen Ou doesn't even need to come up with a beautiful business plan.

In China, there are only two criteria for investors to look at schools, one is Tsinghua Peking University and the other is others. This rule seems cold, but it is helpless.

3. Learn to use keywords in team introduction. In addition to academic qualifications, we also need to show investors the work experience of team members.

4. You don't need to introduce yourself. In fact, the most important thing in team introduction is to highlight the founder's glamorous resume, and other co-founders can also introduce it a little. There is no need to introduce other supervisors and employees.
