Jiaxiang Fertilizer Plant, the predecessor of Jiaguan Grease, was established on 197 1 with the approval of Jiaxiang County Government of Shandong Province.

1997, according to the reply of Jia Tigai [1997] No.7 of Jiaxiang County Government, it was restructured and renamed as Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. Jiaguan Oil was registered as an enterprise legal person in Jiaxiang County Administration for Industry and Commerce on1997. The name is "Jiaxiang Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of 56 million yuan.
1997, the plastic factory of Jiaxiang Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2007, Jiayuan Bean Industry Co., Ltd. was wholly established.
In 2009, Jiayuan Bean Industry Co., Ltd. was renamed as Shandong Jiayuan Grain and Oil Co., Ltd.
