0 1. Authoritarian Jia Nanfeng
Jia Nanfeng is ugly, dark and short. At the beginning, Emperor Wu of Jin wanted to hire the daughter of Wei Guan as a crown princess. He also criticized Jia Nanfeng's mother for being jealous and childless. He also said that Jia Nanfeng was "ugly, short and black". However, for their own interests, the Queen and others repeatedly persuaded Emperor Wu of Jin that Jia Nanfeng was ugly, but virtuous and suitable for being a queen, so Emperor Wu of Jin married Jia Nanfeng to the Prince.
But Jia Nanfeng didn't show it at all. She was jealous. When other concubines were pregnant, she hit them in the stomach with a weapon and abruptly shot down the fetus, which was cruel. After Sima Zhong acceded to the throne, Jia Nanfeng starved to death the Empress Dowager, colluded with King Runa and King Chu, and wiped out his political enemies. Later, he killed two princes and monopolized the power.
02. Eight Kings Rebellion
Sima Lun, the king of Zhao, killed Jia Nanfeng, overthrew Sima Zhong and became emperor himself. The other princes refused to obey his rule. The King of Qi, the King of Hejian and the King of Chengdu formed an alliance, overthrew and killed Sima Lun, and restored Sima Zhong to the throne. Among them, Sima Tong, the king of Qi, began to monopolize power, and Hejian and Changsha killed Sima Tong and Changsha. The Hejian king was dissatisfied and joined the chaos, and arrested the Changsha king for the Hejian king who was burned to death.
At this time, the dictator was the king of Chengdu, and the king of Donghai attacked the king of Chengdu, but was defeated by the king of Chengdu. King Chengdu won the trophy of Sima Zhong. Prior to this, the Dongan King had advised the Chengdu King to surrender, and Wang Shengli of Chengdu killed him conveniently. But soon, King Chengdu was defeated by Marten of Dongying Company, and Sima Zhong, the Emperor of Jinhui, fell into the hands of King Hejian. In the second year, King Chengdu counterattacked, defeated Sima Teng and won Sima Zhong. But only one year later, King Chengdu was killed.
In 307, Emperor Jinhui died strangely, his brother Sima Chi succeeded to the throne, and Hejian King was killed by Nanyang King, and the Eight Kings Rebellion finally ended.
03. Five random flowers
During the Eight Kings Rebellion, the Western Jin regime changed its owners several times, and the winners changed almost once a year. Emperor Jinhui also rolled around like a ball, and the land of the Central Plains was in flames of war. Xiongnu and other northern nationalities seized this opportunity to attack the Central Plains and established several regimes.
In the Eight Kings Rebellion, some governors, such as Sima Yue, the winner of the East China Sea, brought a large number of ethnic minorities to the Central Plains in order to have enough strength to compete with other governors, cooperate with ethnic minorities, or directly recruit border ethnic minorities as soldiers. Among them, Sima Yue alone brought twenty thousand Xianbei troops into the capital Chang 'an, which provided favorable conditions for their rebellion.
However, after Guan Yi crossed the south, the Eastern Jin Dynasty directly gave up its jurisdiction to the north of the Yangtze River, making the north a stage for ethnic minorities to conquer, and the Central Plains suffered greatly.
