"12360" is the unified social public service number of the national customs system, and the "12360" customs service hotline of Shenzhen Customs is a working window for providing consultation, complaint reporting, customs clearance coordination and other services for import and export enterprises, inbound and outbound passengers and other members of the public in the customs area.

In foreign activities, such as import and export trade, inbound and outbound tourism, the general public can call the "12360" customs service hotline if they need to know about customs policies and regulations, or seek help when encountering difficult problems in customs business and make suggestions on the work of Shenzhen Customs.

Users in Shenzhen customs area (including Shenzhen and Huizhou) can dial "12360" directly (all of them only need to pay ordinary local telephone charges), and users in other customs areas can dial "0755- 12360". During normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9: 00- 17: 30), the hotline provides manual seating service.
