Application process:
1. The property buyers who formally sign the online signing contract during the activity time are deemed to be eligible, and can apply for coupons after paying the corresponding deed tax before August 3, 20221.
2. Eligible buyers need to download China UnionPay Express APP and enter after real-name authentication.

3. Online application for coupons. Buyers need to fill in personal basic information, and take photos and upload online signing contracts, identity documents, bank card POS transaction receipts, and deed tax payment certificates. After uploading the data, the buyer can log on to China UnionPay Express platform at any time to check the audit progress.
4. The audit department will complete the acceptance and audit of the above documents, bills and other materials within 3 working days after the buyer submits the materials. If it is found that the application conditions are not met, the reasons for the failure of the audit shall be informed, and the purchaser shall be allowed to re-examine after supplementing relevant materials. After approval, it will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
The coupons are distributed to the buyer's China UnionPay Express APP card package.
