Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the college and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the college and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Measures for the Establishment and Management of Independent Colleges of the Ministry of Education, and the Provisions on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and in combination with the actual situation of our college.
Article 2 The Institute of Technology of Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology is a full-time undergraduate independent college founded by Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology and jointly established by Jiangxi Tianyuan Investment and Real Estate Co., Ltd. and confirmed by the Ministry of Education for the first time. Article 3 Students who complete the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and meet the graduation requirements of the school shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of general higher education by the Institute of Technology of Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded a degree certificate.
Article 4 The enrollment of colleges follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Enrollment Plan
Article 5 Principles and methods for the allocation of college enrollment plans: According to the needs of national economic and social development, combined with the conditions for running our college, the employment rate of graduates and the enrollment situation of our college in recent years, within the annual enrollment scale approved by the Ministry of Education, scientifically and reasonably formulate enrollment plans by province and specialty. After being approved by the higher education department for the record, the college enrollment office will report the provincial enrollment plans to the competent departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and announce them to the public within the time specified by the Ministry of Education.
Article 6 The reserved plan of colleges and universities shall be strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, and shall not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, and shall be used to adjust the imbalance of students in our college in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). The use of the reserved plan adheres to the principles of collective deliberation, collective decision-making, openness and transparency, and mainly arranges provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with good students and high scores before filing.
Chapter III Access Rules
Article 7 The admission batches of undergraduate colleges and universities are the second batch of undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, and the admission batches of other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are determined by the local admissions department, and the adjustment ratio shall be subject to the provisions of the documents of the admissions departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Article 8 The College implements the policy of further education of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where students come from, and recognizes that the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where students come from conform to the policies of adding points, giving preferential treatment and reducing points stipulated by the state.
Article 9 The admission of general majors in colleges and universities shall be based on the order in which candidates enter the archives and the principle of "giving priority to scores and following professional volunteers". Candidates who do not meet the professional volunteers will be transferred to the corresponding majors that are not fully recorded in the school, and those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Students who fill in English majors must obtain qualified and above grades if they have organized a unified oral English test in their place of origin. Among them, the scores of English majors in normal universities should be good or above (including good), and English majors should give priority to English subject scores and retest scores under the same total score. When the total scores of other general majors are the same, literature and history majors are compared in the order of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, while science and engineering majors are compared in the order of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese.
Article 10 The admission principle of sports art majors in colleges and universities shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provincial Examinations Institute, and the same batch of candidates shall be admitted from high to low according to their professional scores (provincial professional unified examination results) until the enrollment plan is completed. When the scores of physical education majors are the same, they are compared according to the total scores of culture, mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese in the college entrance examination. When the scores of art majors are the same, they are compared in the order of the total scores of culture, Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics in the college entrance examination.
Article 11 In principle, the college only recruits candidates who have participated in the English language college entrance examination, and the ratio of male to female is not limited. All candidates who apply for our school must take part in physical examination and fill in the past medical history truthfully. Physical examination standards are strictly implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Admission and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.
