The full name of S28 of Suzhou Expressway is Qiyang Expressway, which starts from national highway G401kloc-0/Liyang Expressway/national highway G40 Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway Chahe Hub in the west, and connects with national highway G 15 Shenhai Expressway in Hai 'an Hub.
