Specification for submission materials for change registration of foreign-invested enterprises
1. application for registration (filing) of foreign-invested companies/application for registration (filing) of non-corporate foreign-invested enterprises.
2. Power of attorney of the designated representative or entrusted agent.
3. Resolutions or decisions made according to law. Refers to the resolutions or decisions made according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Chinese-foreign Joint Ventures, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Chinese-foreign Joint Ventures, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Chinese-foreign Joint Ventures and the articles of association. The contents of the resolution or decision shall be consistent with the application matters. For foreign-invested companies, it shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
4. The revised or revised articles of association signed by the legal representative (a foreign-invested enterprise that is not a company shall submit an agreement on the revision of the contract and articles of association).
5. Relevant supporting documents of the change.
◆ If the domicile is changed, the legal use certificate of the changed domicile shall be submitted. Submit a copy of the property right certificate of the own house and submit the original for verification; If renting a house, submit the original lease agreement and a copy of the lessor's property right certificate. If the above cannot provide a copy of the property right certificate, submit a copy of the property right use certificate of other houses that can prove the ownership of the property right. If a foreign-invested enterprise moves (across the jurisdiction of the original enterprise registration authority), it shall apply to the original registration authority for transfer procedures, and if it moves across the jurisdiction of the examination and approval authority, it shall also submit the approval of the examination and approval authority at the place where it moves; An enterprise applying for relocation shall apply for registration of change to the registration authority of the place where it moves in with the migration certificate issued by the original registration authority (under the jurisdiction of the examination and approval authority, with the approval certificate of the examination and approval authority of the place where it moves in) and obtain a business license. The change of address across the jurisdiction of the examination and approval authority shall be approved by the examination and approval authority of the place where it moves in, and the change registration shall be handled at the enterprise registration authority with the approval certificate.

2. After the registered items such as name, domicile and investor's name are changed, a new approval certificate for foreign-invested enterprises shall be issued in addition to those already submitted, and a copy of 1 shall be submitted to the registration authority for the record.
3. When applying for multiple changes (filing) at the same time, only one copy of the same materials is required.
4. If a copy of the business license is submitted at the time of application, the original and copy of the business license shall be submitted after the change is approved, and a new business license shall be issued by the registration authority.
5. If a copy is not indicated above, the original shall be submitted.
