(2) Technical personnel requirements: there shall be no less than 80 engineering, technical and economic managers with junior titles or equivalent professional technical level, including no less than 15 senior engineers with communication and information network integration experience, no less than 35 engineers with communication and information network integration experience, no less than 25 technicians with junior technical titles or equivalent professional technical level or technicians with communication and information network integration experience. At the same time, there are not less than 15 people with the certificate of communication construction project engineer, and not less than 20 people with the qualification certificate of communication engineering budget officer. (3) Registered capital: not less than RMB 654.38+million. (4) Performance and ability: The enterprise should complete two communication and information network system integration projects with an investment of more than 30 million yuan or four projects with an investment of more than150,000 yuan in the last two years. (5) Technical equipment: equipped with corresponding computers, equipment, instruments and quality inspection means, and undertake corresponding specialties. 2. Grade B qualification standard: (1) Relevant person-in-charge qualification: the person-in-charge of the enterprise should have more than 3 years working experience in communication construction or management, and have intermediate or above professional title or equivalent professional and technical level; The person in charge of enterprise technology should be engaged in the integration of communication and information network for more than 2 years, with intermediate or above technical title or equivalent professional and technical level.
(2) Technical personnel requirements: The enterprise shall have at least 60 engineering, technical and economic management personnel with junior professional titles or equivalent professional technical level, including at least 10 senior engineers with experience in communication and information network system integration, at least 25 engineers with experience in communication and information network system integration, at least 20 junior professional titles or equivalent professional technical level personnel or technicians with experience in communication and information network system integration, and at least/. At the same time, there are not less than 10 people with the certificate of communication construction project engineer, and not less than 15 people with the qualification certificate of communication construction project budget engineer. (3) Technical equipment: equipped with computers, equipment, instruments and quality inspection means, and undertake corresponding majors. (5) Performance and ability: In the past two years, the enterprise has completed two communication and information network system integration projects with an investment of more than RMB/kloc-0.5 million or six projects with an investment of more than RMB 5 million. 3. Grade C qualification standard:
(1) Qualifications of relevant person in charge: the person in charge of an enterprise should have more than 2 years working experience in communication construction or management, and have intermediate or above titles or equivalent professional and technical level; The person in charge of enterprise technology should have more than 2 years of experience in communication and information network system integration, and have intermediate or above technical titles or equivalent professional technical level.
(2) Technical strength: There are not less than 35 engineering, technical and economic managers with junior titles or equivalent professional technical level, including not less than 3 senior engineers with experience in communication and information network system integration, not less than 15 engineers with experience in communication and information network system integration, and not less than 15 technicians with junior titles or equivalent professional technical level. At the same time, there are not less than 5 people who have the certificate of communication construction project engineer, and not less than 8 people who have the qualification certificate of communication engineering budget. (3) Technical equipment: equipped with computers, equipment, instruments and quality inspection means, and undertake corresponding majors. (4) Registered capital: the registered capital shall not be less than 3 million yuan;
(5) Performance and ability: In the past two years, the enterprise has completed two communication and information network system integration projects with an investment of more than 8 million yuan or four projects with an investment of more than 4 million yuan.
To apply for the qualification of communication information network system integration enterprise, the following materials shall be submitted:
1, communication information network system integration enterprise qualification application form (format text provided by the Ministry of Information Industry, in duplicate);
2. A copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person or the industrial and commercial pre-registration certificate;
3. A copy of the capital verification certificate of the enterprise in the last 6 months;
4. A copy of the property right certificate of the office or the house lease contract;
5, the person in charge of the enterprise, the technical person in charge of the office documents, professional title certificate or academic certificate, ID card copy;
6, enterprise engineering technology, economic management personnel title certificate or academic certificate, ID card copy;
7, communication construction project budget personnel qualification certificate copy;
8, communication construction project engineer qualification certificate copy;
9, engineering technology, economic management personnel's social insurance certificate and a copy of the labor contract.

The applicant shall also provide the original of the above certificate and return it to the applicant after verification by the accepting authority.
