The Development Research Center of the People's Government is a municipal government decision-making consultation and research institution that serves the municipal government's decision-making, and undertakes the research, organization, coordination, management and service of the city's decision-making consultation.
The State Council Development Research Center is a directly affiliated institution of the State Council. Its main responsibility is to study the overall, comprehensive, strategic, long-term, forward-looking, hot and difficult issues in the national economy, social development and reform and opening up, and to provide policy suggestions and opinions to the Central Committee and the State Council.
