Refund process:
1. Before adding new information, you must check the consent privacy policy at the bottom of the statement page.
2. Fill in the declaration information
Select "Dongyang Administrative Division" or "Non-Dongyang Administrative Division" in "Vehicle Area".
If Dongyang administrative division is selected, the system background obtains the vehicle registration information of the vehicle owner of the vehicle management office according to the applicant's ID card information, displays the owner's license plate in the drop-down box at the "license plate number", and selects the corresponding license plate to declare, and the declaration information will automatically take effect without review.
If you choose a non-Dongyang administrative division, you need the owner to manually enter the license plate number, select the color of the license plate, and upload photos of the front and back of the license plate. The application information will take effect after being reviewed by the background administrator.
Select the refund method in Refund Method.
Among them, when you choose to refund to the designated bank card, you need to manually fill in the bank account information, including account name, collection card number and collection bank, as shown in the following figure:
Enter the owner's contact information at the "Contact Phone".
3. Check the declaration results
After the declaration information is entered, return to the refund declaration home page to view the declaration record, and click the declaration license plate number to view the detailed declaration information.
Under the refund declaration module, click Modify Refund Bank to modify the refund method filled in the last declaration.
If the refund information is declared successfully, the toll that meets the traffic conditions will be refunded according to the high-speed traffic data of the vehicle next month.
