Cross-border insurance does not require transfer. If the purchase tax payment certificate (green copy) is lost, you need to bring the owner's ID card (Gong Hu carries the legal person organization code certificate) and motor vehicle registration certificate, vehicle driving license and car purchase invoice, and directly reissue the purchase tax payment certificate (green copy) at the purchase tax collection office. Remind you to apply for a replacement card at your original place of residence.
