Feixian Vocational Secondary School has been renamed Linyi Engineering School, which was built at 1988. It is the only public secondary vocational school in Feixian County, formerly known as Feixian Vocational Secondary School, and was renamed as Linyi Engineering School with the approval of Linyi Municipal People's Government on August 20 19. The school is one of the first national key secondary vocational schools and national defense education characteristic schools.
The school explores the implementation of two-level management of schools and departments, sets up six departments including mechanical and electrical engineering, and offers more than ten majors such as mechanical and electrical technology application, automobile operation and maintenance, and e-commerce. In recent years, the school has continuously increased investment and strengthened practical teaching, and the conditions for running a school have changed greatly.
In 2022, Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Shandong Provincial Department of Education jointly issued the Notice on Announcing the First Batch of Green Schools in Shandong Province, and Linyi Engineering School was selected as the first batch of green schools in Shandong Province.
