Registered consulting engineer (investment) refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination and obtained the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Registered Consulting Engineer and engaged in engineering consulting business in the field of economic construction after registration. The examination is held once a year, and the examination time is generally arranged in April, and will be postponed to September in 2022. In principle, only test sites are set up in provincial capital cities.
The examination requires mastering the contents, methods, steps, functions and characteristics of market analysis and prediction, scheme design, investment estimation, national economic evaluation and risk analysis in project decision analysis and evaluation. Modern consulting methods and practice mainly assess the candidates' understanding, familiarity and mastery of the types, characteristics, contents and application scope of modern consulting methods for engineering consulting.
Those who pass the qualification examination of registered consulting engineer will be awarded the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Registered Consulting Engineer, which is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and stamped by the Ministry of Personnel and the State Development Planning Commission. The certificate is valid nationwide.
The registration time is generally 65438+ February of last year (subject to the time announced by the local personnel examination department). Applicants apply themselves, and with the consent of the unit where they work, they will go through the registration formalities at the local personnel examination management institution with relevant supporting materials. The personnel of the CPC Central Committee, various departments, troops and directly affiliated units in the State Council shall sign up for the examination according to the principle of territoriality.
