Nanyang Vocational College of Science and Technology was established in 2020 with the approval of the Henan Provincial Government and the record of the Ministry of Education. It was jointly organized by Nanyang Municipal People's Government and Dengzhou Municipal People's Government.
The total planned area is 2000 mu, which is divided into two campuses, east and west, covering an area of 969 mu and a construction area of 296,000 square meters. The college offers three-year majors 15 such as big data technology, numerical control technology, art design, nursing, smart and healthy aged care service and management, while the secondary school offers three five-year majors such as preschool education, numerical control technology, smart and healthy aged care service and management.
There are 555 teaching and administrative staff, including Henan vocational education experts and famous teachers 13, senior professional titles or above 100, 98 masters or above, and 204 "double-qualified" teachers. Experts or technical experts from related industries and enterprises are hired as part-time teachers, forming a team of teachers with high professional ethics, rich experience and exquisite business.
College actively deepens the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and establishes training bases inside and outside the school with ZTE, Hui Ke, Nanjing Shi Lang Ivy League and other well-known enterprises.
