(1) Online Registration
This unified examination employs civil servants by online registration. The registration procedure includes three steps: submitting the registration application and preliminary examination, confirming the registration and printing the admission ticket. Among them, the application for registration and preliminary examination were submitted through Henan Personnel Examination Network. Registration confirmation, print admission ticket, apply for provincial organs (units), through Henan personnel examination network; Those who apply for positions below the provincial level shall be conducted through the special website of civil servant recruitment in relevant provincial cities. The specific requirements are:
1. Submit registration application and preliminary examination.
Candidates log on to Henan Personnel Examination Network from 9: 00 on February 22nd to February 26th 17: 00 to enter the online registration system, and fill in and save the registration application as required.
The preliminary examination of online registration qualification is automatically checked by the system immediately, mainly to check whether the information provided by the applicants is complete and the format is correct, and not to check the authenticity and accuracy of the information for the time being. Once the registration application is saved successfully, it will be the preliminary examination of the registration qualification. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination can no longer apply for other positions, nor can they modify any application information. Applicants who fail in the preliminary qualification examination can modify and improve the relevant information before February 26th 17: 00, resubmit their application, or report to other positions.
After the registration application is saved, the registration system will automatically generate and feed back a registration serial number. Registration serial number is an important basis for applicants to confirm registration, download and print admission tickets. Please take good care of it.
Before registration, applicants must carefully read and sign the Letter of Commitment on Civil Servants' Integrity to ensure that the information submitted for registration is comprehensive, true, accurate and effective; Be sure to fully understand the job requirements, compare them with your own situation one by one, judge whether you have the corresponding qualifications, and choose the positions you apply for rationally and cautiously to avoid false positives and false positives. All consequences arising from misreporting, misstatement of positions or submission of false information shall be borne by the applicant himself. Before the interview, conduct on-site qualification examination for those who have participated in the interview. Those who fail the qualification examination shall not participate in the interview. 2. Registration confirmation

(2) Relevant requirements
1. Each applicant is limited to one position. My valid identity documents and related information used in registration and examination must be consistent throughout the examination and employment process.
2. The ratio of the number of applicants for each recruitment position to the number of people to be hired shall not be less than 5: 1. For township (excluding Chengguan Town) posts in poverty-stricken counties (formerly key counties in contiguous poverty-stricken areas, key counties in national poverty alleviation and development, and key counties in provincial poverty alleviation and development), the minimum ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people to be hired can be relaxed to 3: 1. Candidates whose recruitment positions have been cancelled can re-apply for other positions according to the prescribed time and procedures, but they are not allowed to apply for cancelled positions. When re-selecting a position, applicants must submit proof of payment, valid ID card and other documents and materials required for re-selecting a position, and fill in the Registration Form for Re-selecting a Position for Civil Servants in Henan Province 20021Unified Examination (Annex 3). Candidates who are unwilling to re-elect their positions will be refunded the written examination fees they have paid. If you fail to re-select the position as required, you will automatically give up.
3. According to the charging standards approved by the provincial finance and price departments, the applicants shall pay the written examination fee according to the 30 yuan of each subject.
Poverty-stricken families and urban subsistence allowances who have set up their cards can be exempted from paying written examination fees, and specific matters can be directly contacted with the provincial personnel examination center or relevant provincial personnel examination institutions.
